Strong Ladies Club Mastering Menopause!

 

Join us on the 20th September for a workshop with ReBalance by Sally, where we'll talk all things Menopause, and most importantly how to master your nutrition to help through all stages of Menopause.

 

Whether you're yet to go through Menopause, have family members going through it, or are in the midst of it, it'll shed some light on how to master it.

This event will be held at the Riverbourne in Chertsey, from 18:30pm.

Free parking in the car park adjacent after 6pm. 

 

Bring your notepads! Spaces are limited.
