With more and more women discovering the benefits of strength training it can be daunting to take the first steps alone.

These group classes create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to learn how to lift weights confidently with a small group of lovely ladies. Each class will give you a full body workout hitting various muscles, focusing on building strength, feeling great and teaching you the skills for life.
​
You'll leave feeling unstoppable!

Classes are held in a private studio at Fresh Sports Centre in Shepperton and The Dojo in Virginia Water.
Classes have a maximum capacity of 8-10 women to ensure you feel comfortable to push yourself surrounded by likeminded ladies!

Classes run from Monday - Saturday,
with options for evenings and mornings.
