After finding a love for lifting weights in 2018, I have never looked back! I found a form of exercise I enjoy and have managed to transform my body composition by using the methods I now replicate with my clients.
Not only has lifting weights done wonders for my overall confidence, but focusing on pushing myself to get stronger has completely changed my perspective and made me realise how incredible our bodies are every single day. (I could talk about this all day so don’t get me started!)
Lifting weights has huge benefits, including building muscle to achieve a "toned" look, improving bone density, reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, improving balance, coordination and mobility. But the most beneficial part of strength/resistance training I believe to be - is feeling stronger. Daily tasks become easier and you can see and feel the difference. Everyone can benefit from it!
I am a qualified Pre and Post Natal Exercise Specialist, which enables me to help so many more women feel confident and strong throughout pregnancy and after birth. There isn't nearly enough information out there educating us about women's health and how to look after our incredible bodies, so I've gone out of my way to find it so I can help you better.
With a BSc in Psychology and a Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer qualification I am equipped to help you change your ways to become a better and stronger you!
