Where to find me?
For Gym based sessions I am located in Shepperton and Virginia Water in Surrey. If you're a little further afield or would prefer to train with me online, I also offer Zoom sessions.

How does it work?
​
Personal training packages work on a monthly basis, with your first month as a trial to ensure you are happy with the service.
All monthly packages include your bespoke training sessions to push and motivate you with optional additional workouts to complete. These may involve on demand Yoga/Pilates/Flow sessions to help develop mobility and recovery to enhance your progress even more.

You will also be contacted by me (Laura!) every week so I am able to give you continuous support, adapt anything that doesn't work for you, and we can discuss whether your program/activities need to be changed.

Each of you will be different so all programs will be individual to the client to ensure it is right for you, and achievable to get the best results possible! (I never prescribe burpees so you're safe!)
