YOUR 6 WEEK ONLINE GET STRONG CHALLENGE  

What's included?

- A weekly group online training session through Zoom with your coach to ensure you feel safe and confident to push yourself, with correct form surrounded by other strong ladies! 

- Additional optional workouts to complete outside of your group training to maximise your progress and help to build confidence training on your own. 

- Video demonstrations and the ability to send form videos to your coach to ensure you are performing the exercise correctly. 

- Access to the Facebook group to connect with other participants and ask any questions which will be answered in a weekly Q&A to provide you with guidance to achieve your goals.

- Accountability through weekly check ins to help you stay motivated and reflect on your progress made.

- Whether your goal is fat loss or muscle gain you'll be provided with guidance on how best to fuel yourself without feeling restricted and still get amazing results! 

- The plan for life! You have the ability to download the program so you can use the workouts again in the future.

Full Price: £150

Sign up will close at midnight on 4th February to prepare you for starting on the 7th Feb. 

​

Each member will receive a Get Strong Tank Top!

6 x group classes at 6:30pm on Monday 7th Feb and then every week through to the 14th March. (This can be flexible depending on the preferred time of the group!) 

​

No equipment necessary - you can join in with regular house hold items like bottles/tins but all exercises can be adapted to whatever you have!

"I was in a bit of a slump and finding it really hard to motivate myself to exercise - and when I did it was half hearted and I wasn’t pushing myself at all.

Fast forward a few weeks of Laura’s zoom sessions, twice a week, and I’m already feeling fitter, stronger, and - above all - happier. I actively look forward to them - the exercise is hard but not (too!) unmanageable (although don’t think that being on zoom means you can get away with anything!!! I’m often being “shouted” at to increase my weights or lunge that bit lower, or shift my position - Laura sees everything!). It’s also lovely to have connected with a new “tribe” of us all in the same boat."
