YOUR 6 WEEK START OVER

This challenge is ideal for you if you want to build confidence lifting weights but also, confidence in yourself. 

​

This 6 week challenge will incorporate a weekly group training session for you to feel encouraged and motivated, alongside workouts to complete outside of this, either at home or in the gym to ensure maximum progress. 

​

Being part of a like-minded community, all striving to get physically and mentally stronger is somewhere you can feel safe to push yourself and unveil your true potential. 

​

Whatever your goal, fat loss or muscle building, you will be supported throughout and provided with tips and guidance on how to achieve this without any drastic changes or restriction. 

​

If you're up for a new challenge and want to come out the other side feeling physically and mentally stronger, then this one is for you. 

​

We start on the 7th February with our first group class on the 12th February at 10:30am at Profound Fitness, Chobham. 

​

Online option also available with a weekly online class, available on demand if you're not able to make it live!
