What's actually included?

A customised training plan
This plan is created with you and your abilities in mind, as well as where you'll be working out, this can be a plan for the gym or home, or both depending on what you need! All workouts come with video demonstrations and instructions so you can be sure you're doing the right thing! If in doubt there is an option to upload videos of your exercises so I can give you feedback too.

Nutritional advice and guidance
Making you avoid certain foods or cutting out your favourites isn't how I roll. We'll discuss the best strategy for you going forward and implement small changes so you can make progress without feeling like you're starving and exhausted!
On Demand Yoga & Pilates flow sessions
These sessions vary in length so if you've only got 10 minutes for some mobility then you can choose one of the shorter sessions. I will recommend specific sessions to help compliment your training and make sure it's realistic for the time you have.

Habits Habits Habits
We'll look into your daily habits and see how we can tweak them slightly to align more with your goals. Nooooo I don't mean going out and running 5k a day, far less drastic! We will strive for habits that you can stick to - consistency is key!

Weekly check ins
Oooh here's that accountability that we all need! Each week you'll fill in a 5 minute check in form to reflect on the week, which will be followed up with a 15 minute informal chat to discuss a plan for any difficulties you're having. I'm not a trainer that's going to tell you off, I'm here to help you figure out ways to make things easier!

Mindset
As I have a psychology background I'm all about helping you take on the mindset that you can do lots of things you don't think you can! I will provide useful tips and continuous support to help you reflect and overcome the hurdles of daily life.

It's not all that serious, I promise!
I'm not like regular trainers, I'm a cool trainer (I really hope you get the Mean Girls reference!) - I have been described as a chirpy cheerleader by my clients, I don't take life too seriously and have a potty mouth. So if you think we'll be a good fit - let's do this!

The important bit - How much is it going to cost ya?

Please note your first month is a one off payment for the trial month and then if you continue it will roll on a direct debit with a months' notice for cancellation. I recommend at least 3 months of online coaching to ensure you make headway towards your goals.
